Celery Seed Oil

Celery has an affinity with the digestive system. Used as an aromatic, notably in dressings.

Uses: The oil provides relief from altitude sickness, glue ear, stomach cancer and also been found to have a regenerative effect on the lover. The commercial use of celery seed oil is a fizative, as an important ingredient in perfumes, in medicine and in flavoring of different types of foods, such as meats, sausages, canned soups, sauces, celery tonics and medicinal preparations.

Description: Celery plant is extremely popular in the Indian sub-continent. Having the appearance of a pale yellow colour, this plant grows with a smooth stem and stem and soft leaves sporting white flowers. It has shiny segmented, dark-green leaves containing toothed leaflets. The celery has been cultivated as a garden vegetable in areas with a temperate climate for a very long time. The types of soils ideal for the celery is a rich moist soil, the plant also grows well at sites with good exposure to sunlight or sites with semi shade, and however, the plant grows best under some shade in the summer months.
